To successfully recruit, train, and retain more women & men, in quality pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship programs.  

 To provide a quality mentorship program for young boys and girls in the urban community to broaden their horizon on achieving what seems impossible. 

To provide “Another Chance & Change” Re-entry Program for ex-offenders so they become productive citizens after incarceration.
